The shares were acquired at a consideration of R60.50 per share during the
Initial Public Offering of the Company. The above transaction was undertaken on
market and prior clearance to deal in the company shares was obtained in terms
of the company’s share dealing policy and in compliance with paragraph 3.66 of
the JSE Listings Requirements.
