RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the
board of directors of QPG (“the board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that
Corporate and Merchant Administrators (Pty) Ltd have resigned as Company Secretary
to the Company with effect from 18 August 2014.
The board thanks Clare Payne of Corporate and Merchant Administrators (Pty) Ltd for
her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in all future endeavours.
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 25 May 2012, and the subsequent
renewal of cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 9 July 2014, the
Board confirms that it is still engaging with legal advisors to assess the impact
of the liquidation of the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, A Million Up
Investments 105 Proprietary Limited.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing
in the Company’s securities, until a further announcement is made.
