CONFIRMATION OF CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are referred to the integrated annual report for the year ended
31 December 2013, incorporating the notice of annual general meeting and
summarised consolidated financial statements for the year ended
31 December 2013, that was dispatched to shareholders on 26 May 2014,
and are advised that Mr Charles Peter Davies and Ms Nopasika Vuyelwa Lila
retired by rotation from the board of directors of Basil Read with effect from
the date of the annual general meeting held on 26 June 2014.
Ms Doris Dondur, appointed with effect from 24 June 2014, succeeds Ms Lila
as Chairman of the Company’s audit committee.
