Notice is hereby given of the proposed distribution amount relating to BHP BILLITON PLC (BIL) as
relating to the Share Instalment Trust.
The last day to trade cum proposed distribution is Friday, 29 August 2014. The Share Instalment will
commence trading ex proposed distribution from Monday, 01 September 2014. The record date will
be Friday, 05 September 2014. A dividend amount of 62 US cents was declared. The proposed rate is
yet to be announced.
