RESIGNATIONS FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders of the Company are hereby advised
of the following resignations from the board of directors of the
Company:
1. Mr Colin Arthur Hall (“Colin”) has resigned as chairman and
non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect;
and
2. Mr Johannes Theodorus Kleinhans (“Theo”) has resigned as non-
executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
The Ububele board wishes to thank Colin and Theo for their valued
contributions during their respective tenures as directors of
Ububele.
