COMPETITIONS COMMISSION BOARD APPROVAL TO ACQUIRE FIDES BANK NAMIBIA LIMITED
Shareholders are referred to the shareholder update published on SENS on 21 August 2014 advising
that the Bank of Namibia granted authorization to Trustco to acquire Fides Bank Namibia Limited
and that the Competitions Commission’s approval was awaited.
Shareholders are now advised that the Competitions Commission Board approved the acquisition of
Fides Bank Namibia Ltd on 21 August 2014, thereby completing the acquisition process.
Trustco Bank Namibia Limited will be fully operational on 1 September 2014.
