trustee for the Patchmattbelle Trust, a connected person to Mr M Bowman, a PDMR, had
acquired 2,527 SABMiller ordinary shares at a price of £32.895 per share and 185 SABMiller
ordinary shares at a price of R579.07 per share. The transactions took place on 22 August 2014
and 25 August 2014 in London and Johannesburg respectively.
