DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1) of the Companies Act,
No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Sanlam Investment Management Proprietary Limited
(“Sanlam”) has notified Delta that it has acquired a beneficial interest in securities of the company on
behalf of its clients, resulting in the total beneficial interest held by Sanlam on behalf of its clients
increasing to 5.01% of the total issued Delta securities.
