PARTIAL DE-LISTING OF NEWGOLD DEBENTURES
NewGold has, from commencement of business today, de-listed 10,000,000 debentures. The de-
listing is as a result of the redemption of approximately 96,136.666 fine troy ounces of gold
bullion.
Following the de-listing there will be 127,236,300 NewGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 1,223,207.372 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.
