RESIGNATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Shareholders are advised that Byron Nichles, the Group’s Chief
Executive Officer, has tendered his resignation from ARB with
effect from 31 October 2014 in order to pursue another career
opportunity.
The Board, acting through the Nominations Committee, will
initiate the process of identifying and appointing a successor
and will advise shareholders in due course.
