REPORT ON THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the fifth annual general meeting of the shareholders of Wilderness held today, 29th August 2014,
all except one of the resolutions proposed were approved by the requisite majority of votes. The
resolution giving the Company general authority to repurchase shares was not approved at the
meeting.
