CLOSE PERIOD SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAMME
Value advises that it has, via its subsidiary company, entered into an agreement to
repurchase shares during its closed period. This period commences on 1 September 2014
and ends on 14 October 2014 when the company’s results are scheduled to be released.
The mandate in this agreement is for an irrevocable, non-discretionary programme to
repurchase the company’s shares. Any purchases will be effected within certain pre-set
parameters within the limits of the programme and the listing Requirements of the JSE
Limited.
It is the company’s intention to repurchase shares to the maximum total value of
approximately R4,3 million.
