CHANGES TO THE AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE
Linked unitholders are advised that, with effect from 27 August 2014, Maurice Mdlolo an independent
non-executive director of Synergy, has been appointed as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee (“the
Committee”) and Lizwi Mtumtum, an independent non-executive director of Synergy and currently a
member of the Committee, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Committee.
