NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT
Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”)
Following the publication of the No Change Statement on 14 July 2014 notice is hereby
given that the AGM of ordinary shareholders will be held at 15:30 on Monday, 13 October
2014, at Ruitersvlei Wine Farm, Suid Agter Paarl Road, Paarl to transact the business as
stated in the notice of AGM forming part of the integrated annual report.
The integrated annual report, incorporating annual financial statements was distributed to
shareholders on Friday, 29 August 2014 and is available on the Company’s website at
www.visualinternational.co.za.
Record Date
The record date on which shareholders of the company must be registered as such in the
company’s securities register in order to attend and vote at the meeting is Friday,
3 October 2014. The last day to trade in order to be eligible to vote at the annual general
meeting will be Friday, 26 September 2014.
