CHANGE IN BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Mr Wiseman Khumalo has resigned from the Wescoal board as an executive director with
effect from 30 November 2014. Wiseman has decided to further his studies at Harvard Business School.
The board wishes to thank Wiseman for the valuable contribution he has made to the company and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
