Ltd (“OMIG”)
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008
("the Act"), and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listing Requirements,
shareholders are advised that W ilson Bayly Holmes-O vcon Limited
has received formal notification that Old Mutual Investment Group (Pty) Ltd
(“OMIG”), has, on behalf o f its clients, disposed of a beneficial
interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total interest
in the ordinary shares of the Company held by OMIG now amounts to
9.92% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
Wilson Bayly Holmes-Ovcon Limited hereby confirms that it has received
the required notice from OMIG in terms of Section 122(1) of the Act. As
required in terms of section 122(3) (a) of the Act, Wilson Bayly Holmes-
Ovcon Limited has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation
Panel.
