DISCLOSURE OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN TSOGO SUN SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, as amended, and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Tsogo Sun shareholders are advised that
the Company has received formal notification that Tsogo Investment Holding Company Proprietary
Limited (“TIH”), whose shares are majority owned by Hosken Consolidated Investments Limited
(“HCI”) has increased its beneficial interest held in the securities of the Company following the
completion of the repurchase by the Company of certain Tsogo Sun shares previously beneficially
owned by SABSA Holdings Limited and the resultant cancellation of the shares acquired in terms of
the repurchase. The total beneficial interest in Tsogo Sun’s ordinary shares held by HCI now
amounts to 47.43% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
