VOLUNTARY TRADING UPDATE AND NOTICE OF UPDATE REGARDING THE EXPECTED
RELEASE OF AUDITED ANNUAL RESULTS
Ascendis expects to announce that statutory headline earnings per share and earnings per share for
the full year ended 30 June 2014 are expected to be between 64 – 67 cents per share compared to
the forecast information of 55 cents contained in the pre-listing statement.
