Linked unitholders are referred to the cautionary announcements published on SENS pertaining to a potential
transaction between Vukile Property Fund Limited and Synergy and/or Synergy linked unitholders and are
advised that the discussions between the parties have been terminated. Accordingly, caution is no longer
required to be exercised when dealing in Synergy’s linked units.
