DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BVT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for BIDVEST LTD and that as a result of the
dividend declaration relating to BIDVEST LTD (BVT) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 432 cents per BVTNIJ share instalment that is payable on Monday, 13
October 2014. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. No STC credits were utilized. This
results in a net dividend of 367.2 cents per share instalment. The final payment will be rounded to
two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 03 October 2014. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 06 October 2014. The record date will be Friday, 10 October
2014.
