For each 100 Woolworths LTD shares held on record date 12 September 2014, shareholders
will receive 22 Woolworths LTD warrants (NPL)
Details Of The Event:
Last day to trade in order to be eligible for the corporate event is Friday, 5 September 2014.
The first dealing date in the new securities will be Monday, 8 September 2014.
The Issuer will amend the Share Instalment Terms and Conditions in the following way:
* A cash payment will be made to WHLNII share instalment holders with regard to the
corporate action.
* Therefore a holder with 100 WHLNII will receive 22 WHL warrants (NPL) which will then
be sold at the closing market price on Friday, 18 September 2014.
