CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Leon Kok has been appointed as Financial Director of Redefine with effect from
1 October 2014.
Leon CA(SA), completed his articles and remained with KPMG Inc until 2000 whereafter he moved to Brait SA as
group financial manager and then to Emperors Palace as chief financial officer until 2006.
Prior to accepting the position with Redefine, Leon held various positions at Peermont Global Limited; the last being
chief operating officer since 2007.
Leon brings with him a wealth of financial and commercial experience and the board welcomes Leon and believes he
will add significant value to Redefine.
