Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 as amended, and section 3.83(b)
of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby
advised that the Company has received notification in the
prescribed form from the Public Investment Corporation that it
has increased its interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company from 14.598% to 15.178%.
