DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE FSR SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for FIRSTRAND LTD and that as a result of the
dividend declaration relating to FIRSTRAND LTD (FSR) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust
have declared a dividend amount of 97 cents per FSRNIK share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 13 October 2014. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. No STC credits were
utilized. This results in a net dividend of 83.10377 cents per share instalment. The final payment will
be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 03 October 2014. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 06 October 2014. The record date will be Friday, 10 October
2014.
