Properties (South Africa)

Subject to the completion of the scheme of arrangement, the stock acquisition of
Premium Properties (South Africa, constituent) by Octodec Investments (South Africa,
constituent), the proposed delisting of Premium Properties and following notification
from the Stock Exchange, FTSE and the JSE announces the following changes:

FTSE/JSE Africa Small Cap Octodec Investments (South 15 September 2014
(J202) Africa, ZAE000005104, 6654973)
will remain in the index with an
increased shares in issue figure
of 236,403,403 and an
unchanged investability weighting
of 59%.
Premium Properties (South
Africa, ZAE000009254, 6699941)
will be deleted from the index.
FTSE/JSE Africa All Share Octodec Investments will be 15 September 2014
(J203) treated as above.
Premium Properties will be
deleted from the index.
FTSE/JSE Africa SA Listed Octodec Investments will be 15 September 2014
Property (J253) treated as above.
Premium Properties will be
deleted from the index.
Ascension Properties Ltd A
(South Africa, ZAE000161881,
B8L1WN4) will be added to the
index with a shares in issue
figure of 308,860,859 and an
investability weighting of 80%.
Ascension Properties Ltd B
(South Africa, ZAE000161899,
B8L1WX4) will also be added to
the index with a shares in issue
figure of 376,359,014 and an
investability weighting of 52%.
FTSE/JSE RAFI All Share Octodec Investments will be 15 September 2014
Index (J263) treated as above.
Premium Properties will be
deleted from the index.

Capped Index (J283) treated as above.
