WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the ‘Termination of the Benicon Coal Disposal and Cautionary Announcement’ released on SENS
on 1 August 2014 (and using the terms defined therein unless otherwise stated), shareholders are hereby
advised that as discussions in respect of alternative options to the Benicon Coal Disposal have not led to any
binding commitments, caution is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing in
Sentula’s securities. In line with Group strategy, the Board remains committed to pursuing the monetisation
of non-core assets, including the Benicon Coal asset.
