and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited?s Listings Requirements,
shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has received a formal
notification in the prescribed form that Mr Allan Groll through his direct
and indirect interest in Charisma Holdings (Proprietary) Limited and
Zerbans Cake & Coffee Shop cc (collectively referred to as ?Mr Groll?) has
acquired an interest in the securities of the Company and as such the total
interest in the securities of the Company controlled by Mr Groll is now
10.04% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
