DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE RMH SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for RMB HOLDINGS LTD and that as a result
of the dividend declaration relating to RMB HOLDINGS LTD (RMH) the Trustees of the Share
Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 127.5 cents per RMHNIJ share instalment that
is payable on Monday, 13 October 2014. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. STC
credits utilized equate to 5.89826 cents per share instalment. This results in a net dividend of
109.25974 cents per share instalment. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 03 October 2014. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 06 October 2014. The record date will be Friday, 10 October
2014.
RMB HOLDINGS LTD's income tax number is 9950/098/71/6.
