DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE NPN SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for NASPERS LTD -N- and that as a result of
the dividend declaration relating to NASPERS LTD -N- (NPN) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 425 cents per NPNNIJ share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 22 September 2014. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. No STC credits
were utilized. This results in a net dividend of 361.25 cents per share instalment. The final payment
will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend was Friday, 12 September 2014. The Share Instalment will
commence trading ex-dividend from Monday, 15 September 2014. The record date will be Friday, 19
September 2014.
