CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of directors of
the Company wish to inform Shareholders that iThemba Corporate Governance and Statutory
Solutions Proprietary Limited has been appointed as Company secretary with effect from
17 September 2014, replacing Ms Monika Pretorius who has resigned as Company Secretary.
The Company wishes to thank Ms Pretorius for her valuable contribution during her tenure as
Company Secretary.
