Sable shareholders are advised that Sable’s listing on the main board of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) has been
transferred to another sector on the main board. With effect from Monday, 22 September 2014 Sable will no
longer be listed in the “Platinum & Precious Metals” Mining sector of the main board of the JSE but will
instead be listed in the “General Mining” Mining sector of the main board of the JSE.
