PHUMELELA GAMING AND LESIURE LTD - TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 JULY 2014
Phumelela announces for the year ended 31 July 2014, that it expects basic earnings per share to be
between 25% and 35% higher than the prior comparative period and headline earnings per share to be
between 10% and 20% higher than the prior comparative period and using accounting policies
consistent with those used in the comparative period.
This trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on by Phumelela`s external auditors. The
release of the announcement of the results for the year 31 July 2014 is expected to be on 3 October
2014.
