CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that, with effect from 17 September 2014, Willy Ross, independent non-executive
director and chairman of the board of directors of Capital (the “board”) has retired from the board and Iraj
Abedian, currently an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as the new chairman of the
board.
Shareholders are further advised that, with effect from 17 September 2014, executive director, Andries de
Lange has resigned from the board and Fareed Wania, former alternate director to Andrew Teixeira, has
been appointed as an executive director to the board.
