CHANGE IN BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
Afrimat has received notice on Wednesday 17 September 2014 of a change in the beneficial interest
in the Company’s securities pursuant to Section 122 (3) (b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 and
Paragraph 3.83 (b) of the JSE Listing Requirements.
Accordingly Afrimat’s shareholders are advised of the disclosure made by Old Mutual plc of the
increase in their beneficial interest in the total issued share capital of Afrimat to an aggregated
holding of 10.01%.
