Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of Bauba held on Friday, 19 September 2014,
convened in terms of the notice of general meeting contained in the circular to shareholders dated
22 August 2014, all the resolutions were passed by 100% of shareholders’ votes cast thereon.
The special resolutions, where applicable, will be lodged for registration at the Companies and Intellectual
Property Commission in due course.
