DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of STANLIBSX securities ("Securities Holders") are referred to the
announcement dated Friday, 01 September 2014 setting out details of a
possible quarterly distribution by the ETF to Securities Holders.
Further to the above-mentioned announcement, the manager of the STANLIB ETF
Collective Investment Scheme (“the Manager”) has resolved to make a quarterly
distribution to Securities Holders for the quarter ended 30 September 2014
("the Distribution") in an amount of 7.90000 cents per STANLIBSX ETF
security. The distribution will be constituted as follows:
Gross Dividend(local to be taxed) : 4.11000 cents
Local Tax (15%) : 0.61650 cents
Net dividend : 3.49350 cents
Gross Dividend(foreign-dual)to be taxed : 1.96000 cents
SA tax applicable (15%) : 0.29400 cents
Net Dividend : 1.66600 cents
Interest : 0.04000 cents
Scrip Lending : 1.79000 cents
The Security Holders who are not exempt from dividend tax will receive the
Net Dividend of 5.15950 cents per security.
The Distribution will be made to all Securities Holders recorded in the
register on Friday, 26 September 2014 and will be paid on Friday, 10 October
2014.
