RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In terms of section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised of the
resignation of an Independent Non-Executive Director, Mr Suleman Badat with effect from the 31 October 2014.
The Company is currently engaging relevant parties for the role. The board of Howden will make a further
announcement regarding the appointment of the new Independent Non-Executive Director as soon as a
replacement is found.
The board of Howden would like to thank Mr Badat for his contribution and wishes him well in his future
endeavors.
