In line with RBA’s strategy to recapitalise the business, shareholders are advised that the
company has been in discussions with a strategic investment partner in this regard.
A due diligence process is being completed and the respective parties are in the process of
obtaining final internal approvals for the transaction.
Should such a transaction be concluded it may have a material effect on the price of the
company’s shares.
Shareholders are thus advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities until
a further announcement is made.
