Voluntary suspension and resignation of a director
Shareholders are advised that the Board has requested the JSE to suspend the share trade of the
Company following a determination that the Company is financially distressed, has effectively ceased
to do business and can no longer meet its obligations.
The JSE has agreed to suspend the trade in the Company’s shares with immediate effect.
The Board is considering various options, including, but not limited to, business rescue proceedings.
Shareholders are further advised of the resignation of Mr John Wallington as director of the Company
effective 22 September 2014.
The chairman thanks Mr John Wallington for his contribution and wishes him well with his future
endeavours.
Shareholders will be advised of further developments in due course.
