SECTION 122 NOTICE
In accordance with Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Master Drilling
hereby confirms that the Company has received a notice in terms of Section 122 of
the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008.
Coronation Asset Management has informed Master Drilling that it has disposed of a
beneficial interest in the Company reducing its shareholding from 17.58% to 12.81%
of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
