WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE ACQUISITION
OF MAXIDOR SA PROPRIETARY LIMITED (“MAXIDOR”)BY AMECOR
(COLLECTIVELY “THE PARTIES”)
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 11 March 2014 and
subsequent renewals thereof dated 24 April 2014, 16 May 2014, 1 July 2014 and 15 August
2014, wherein shareholders were advised that the Company had entered into discussions
regarding the potential acquisition of 100% of Maxidor by Amecor.
Shareholders are advised that as the parties have been unable to reach a final agreement,
these discussions have since been terminated and therefore caution is no longer required to
be exercised when dealing in their Amecor securities.
