Exchange for block listings totalling 50,000 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the
Company.
The shares will be admitted to the Official List pursuant to the Company’s obligations
under the SABMiller plc Stock Appreciation Rights Plan 2008.
Upon issuance the shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the
Company.
