SABMiller plc was notified on 25 September 2014 that Mr A. Clark, a director, had on 25
September 2014 exercised an option to purchase 69,746 SABMiller ordinary shares at an
option price of £8.28 per share.
34,334 ordinary shares in the Company were subsequently sold at a price of £34.658 per
share on 25 September 2014 in London with the proceeds being used to cover the exercise
price and to meet applicable income tax and social security taxes arising on the exercise,
and the balance of the shares were retained by Mr Clark.
