ADOPTION OF DISTRIBUTION PER SHARE AS A PERFORMANCE MEASURE
In terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(vi) and 3.4(b)(vii) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, Accelerate shareholders are advised
that owing to the nature of the business conducted by Accelerate,
being that of a property company (with REIT status), the board of
directors of Accelerate has decided to adopt the “distribution per
share" performance measure for future trading statement purposes.
