Voluntary Trading Statement
A review of the financial results for the six months ended 31 August 2014 by management has
indicated that the earnings per share and the headline earnings per share are expected to be
between 10% and 20% higher than the earnings per share of 20.9 cents and the headline
earnings per share of 21.0 cents for the corresponding six month period ended 31 August 2013.
The financial information on which this voluntary trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by Datacentrix’ auditors. The Company’s financial results are expected to
be released on SENS on or about 7 October 2014.
