CORRECTION: NOTICE OF AN ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN
SECURITIES
Following the announcement published on the Securities Exchange News Service on
26 September 2014, shareholders of Trans Hex are hereby advised of a correction in the
stated beneficial interest following the acquisition by RECM and Calibre Limited
(“Acquisition”).
RECM and Calibre Limited hold 24.99% interest of the total issued ordinary share capital of
the Company following the Acquisition and not 24.3% as previously stated.
The Company has notified the TRP of the above correction.
