DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF EMIRA PARTICIPATORY INTERESTS
In accordance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, participatory
interest holders are advised that Old Mutual Investment Group (Pty) Ltd has notified the Fund that
accounts under its management have decreased their holdings in the Fund from approximately
8.15% to 0.03%.
