Further to the cautionary announcement dated 19 August 2014, Famous Brands
shareholders are advised that the Company is still in discussions which, if
successful, may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s
securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in Famous Brands securities until a further announcement in this
regard is made.
