Shareholders are advised that Seardel`s integrated annual report,
incorporating the audited results for the year ended 31 March 2014,
has been posted to shareholders and contains no changes from the
reviewed results which were published on SENS on 22 May 2014. KPMG
Inc. audited the results and the annual financial statements of
Seardel and their unqualified report are available for inspection at
the registered offices of the Company.
Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report for the
year ended 31 March 2014 is available on the Company’s website
(www.seardel.co.za).
The annual report contains a notice of Annual General Meeting for
Seardel shareholders, which will be held at the offices of Hosken
Consolidated Investments Limited Suite 801, 76 Regent Street, Sea
Point 8005, Cape Town on 30 October 2014 at 10:00
