LISTING OF ADDITIONAL AfricaPalladium debentures
Africa ETF has, from commencement of 01 October 2014, issued an additional 600,000
AfricaPalladium debentures at an approximate issue price of R88.756 per additional
AfricaPalladium debenture, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 5,987.395 fine
troy ounces of Palladium bullion.
After the additional issue, there will be 57,700,000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 576,641.750 fine troy ounces of Palladium bullion.
